Skywolf Game Studios Royalty-Free License Agreement

Effective Date: 8/22/2011

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser or user (the "Licensee") and Skywolf Game Studios (the "Licensor").

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the 3D assets, models, meshes, textures, animations (the "Assets") purchased from Skywolf Game Studios and does not relate nor include assets belonging to Games, IP, and/or related Projects directly to Skywolf Game Studios therein which is strictly off-limits unless otherwise specified by the company.

2. Credit Attribution

If Licensee purchases the Assets for use in a project or game, Licensee must provide credit or a brief mention to Skywolf Game Studios in a conspicuous location.

3. Donation and Commercial Use

If Licensee donates and pays for an Asset, Licensee may use the Asset royalty-free anywhere they wish, including for commercial purposes.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor can terminate this Agreement upon written notice if Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Skywolf Game Studios.

By using the Assets, you, the Licensee, indicate your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

Licensee: Donator, End User, User Customer, Buyer, Purchaser, Payer
